PS Flight Open Gyms and Tryouts at Redmond High School:

Open Gyms are at Redmond High School from noon till 4:00 pm on Sundays, August 30th, September 13th, 20th and 27th.

Fifth, sixth & seventh grades will go from noon till 2:00 pm and eighth grade through high school will go from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm.

These open gyms are open to any and all girls who are interested in improving their game. It isn't necessary that you have played in the Flight program in the past.

We ask that all participants fill out a Waiver of Liability and have a parent present to sign and that all participants have AAU insurance.

Puget Sound Flight is a non profit organization that serves as a feeder program to elite high school basketball teams while instilling core values and respect amongst ladies ages ten to eighteen. The program offers participants an opportunity to be exposed to college coaches. Many girls are recruited and receive scholarships due to their participation in Puget Sound Flight. All PSF participants need to be members of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). A link to their website is included in our navigation bar.
