A tall, agile player, who can run the floor and shoot the three, "Yo" is equally at home banging for rebounds or using her deft touch to block shots.  This past high school year was a big one for Johanna.  Her Roosevelt Roughriders won the Kinco League and District Championships, enroute to a 26-2 season and a fifth place finish at the State Tourney.  She averaged 8.4 points per game, and shot 85% from the line, which placed her first in the League in free throw percentage.  She additionally finished fourth in Kinco with a 36.4 three point shot percentage and averaged 11.5 rebounds per game, the second highest in Kingco.  A true scholar-athlete, Johanna, with a 3.96 GPA, hopes to play hoops in college, while also pursuing her dream of becoming a pediatrician.
