Eleanor is a co-captain of the Lakeside Lions, a team that finished 3rd in the Washington state tournament in both 2001 and 2002.  Eleanor was named to the all-star tournament 2nd team in 2002 and was overall 2nd highest rebounder of the state tournament.  She was named to the Seattle Times All-Seattle Metro first team in 2002.  Eleanor received the Most Inspirational award for the Lakeside team.  Eleanor is also an excellent cross-country and track runner.  She was the metro champion of the 800-meter run in spring 2001.  Eleanor combines exceptional speed with aggressive defense.  She leads the Lakeside team in blocked shots.  Academically, Eleanor maintains a 3.4 GPA and scored a 1400 on the SAT.  In 2002, Eleanor was the assistant coach for a 5th grade girl's basketball team.  Eleanor has been a member of the Northwest Girls Choir and is a volunteer at Childhaven, a therapeutic day nursery for abused and neglected children.
