Amber completed a very impressive 2002-2003 sophomore season, making 2nd team All-Kingco, and finishing 4th overall in scoring in the league.  She averaged 14 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, while shooting 38% from the field and 69% from the free-throw line.  Amber's pure shooting touch from the outside, and her ability to drive and score from the inside, have already made her one of the most feared scorers in her league.  Amber takes pride in being a well-rounded student athlete and model citizen.  She maintains a 3.5 GPA, and volunteers as a coach for an 11-12 year old boy's basketball team at Loyal Heights Community Center.  In the off season, Amber plays AAU basketball for the Puget Sound Flight Gold Team and the Regulators.  Amber will be a junior next year at Ballard High School, and looks forward to leading her team deep into the post season.
